The Layer House team is happy to suggest where to get the best Carniolan specialties, and breakfast is waiting for you downstairs in the cafe. A wireless internet network is available for free use, and guests can also visit the gallery spaces or indulge in the varied evening program of the Layer House and the Škrlovec Tower.
The Layer House offers sleeping residences set in the pleasantly lively atmosphere of a 19th-century townhouse. They are located on the top floor of the house, which you’ll find on a quiet, traffic-free city street. The rooms offer accommodation for 12 people and, among the winding staircases, studios and exhibition and event spaces, offer a unique getaway with a touch of creative energy.
The Layer Residencies are primarily for visiting artists from around the world who work in the house. During the tourist season and subject to availability, they are also available for tourists.
