The air that shapes both, form and absence

Dimitra Stavropoulou is an Athens-based artist inspired by folklore, traditional costumes, and urban symbols. Interwoven Loops explores the intersection of type, pattern, and space, with a focus on the meditative act of creation. Using an analog typewriter, repetitive motifs of the letter “o” form a rhythmic composition, mirroring the weaving process. The gaps between each mark represent air, the essential space that defines both form and absence.
