You are kindly invited to the central opening of Textile Art Biennial BIEN 2021, which will take place today, 26 May at 6 p.m., on the terrace of Layer House.
The biennial presents 80 artists, designers, researchers, collectives and student projects of 127 students of Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Design, associate members of Faculty of Primorska and Faculty of Textile Technology, University of Zagreb. The exhibitions in Kranj will be on display in established gallery spaces, such as Layer House, Škrlovec Tower and Khislstein Castle Attic, and the central exhibition venue will be on the third floor of Globus above Kranj library. As part of the opening of biennial, it will be possible to see all exhibition venues, as well this will be possible on guided tours that will follow in the coming days. The exhibitions will be on display until 14 August 2021.
