In the Križanke atrium, visitors can view Something in the Air, a production by Petra Vitežnik, a student at the Academy of Arts of the University of Nova Gorica. Under the mentorship of Lavoslava Benčić and in collaboration with Žiga Pavlovič as well as Nejc Stupan and Andraž Rudi Vrhovšek from the Secondary School of Design and Photography Ljubljana, she created a mobile object—a wind spinner.
The work brings the artist’s childhood memories into the present. These memories are expressed through the mobile wind spinner with enhanced airflow, inviting visitors on a multi-sensory walk into the next stage of life: the student years.
