Rebeka Elizegi is a visual artist and graphic designer graduated from the Massana School of Art and Design in Barcelona. Collage is the artistic medium she uses to develop her small, medium, and large format pieces, applying the classic manual collage technique and the exploration of diverse materials. The female figure occupies an important place in her work, although she also focuses on issues such as gender diversity and other social issues. Images of bodies are also a constant in her work; The body understood as a space that oppresses, marks, and stigmatizes by color, age, or gender, which is so often a reason for submission, and which she tries to liberate through her compositions. In parallel to exhibitions, which have an artistic and personal character, her collages have also illustrated many book and magazine covers, as well as records and posters. She has published several illustrated books using the collage technique and is the author of the books Collage Therapy and Collage by Women (Hoaki Books), Collage Creativo (Alma Editorial) and Collage to Change the World (BIS Publishers).
