Stéphanie Herremans was born in Brussels in 1982 and has been living on its outskirts for a few years now. She’s self-taught and has not followed any artistic course but grew up in a family of artists. Her collages are imbued with surrealism. Fine old books are where she finds happiness. In flea markets, at donations or on the street. Sepia, black and white attract her. They are deep and pass through time. She loves the contrasts and the lights they offer.
