»I cut the economic graphs and charts I find in financial newspapers. I am fascinated by those shapes and colours so peculiar, functional and rigorous, but at the same time balanced and pleasant. I started collecting these charts especially for what they represent. They are the world and the human activities reduced and simplified into geometric shapes, lines, colours, and numbers. So, by composing those clippings, I create collages with characters and figures that somehow represent the contemporary people and society. «
